This project involved the design, construction, and supervision of two multi-story commercial plazas in the prime location of DHA-II, Islamabad. Designed as mixed-use buildings, the plazas integrate contemporary architecture with functionality, catering to both retail businesses and corporate offices. CCC ensured that every element—from structural integrity to aesthetic appeal—was executed to the highest standard.
Under the leadership of Engr. Lt. Col (R) Anwar Ahmad and a team of highly skilled professionals, CCC meticulously managed every phase of the project. From architectural planning to on-site supervision, the team ensured timely execution, strict quality control, and adherence to safety regulations, resulting in a seamless construction process.
The completion of these plazas transformed the commercial landscape of DHA-II, creating a modern hub for businesses and enhancing the area’s real estate value.
